First grow advice needed

PS. Appropriate strain choice is a must. 4 small strain plants will be still be 4 small plants. Maybe slightly larger. Medium (5) large (4) XL... all bets off! There's a few monsters out there.

2Fast4Buds. From your advice at what point would you be able to tell if its an auto? Like would it just start flowering without switching the light cycle to 12/12
You should see pistols around week 4 followed shortly after by pre flowers without 12/12 lighting

3 gal is plenty for indoor... 1 gallon go off even faster, but your yields per plant may suffer. Just finishing a run in 1 gallon as apposed to my normal 3 gallon. Run was intended for seed, but my male fell thru... anyhow, I grow in a 4x4, and expect between 650 and 850 grams on a normal run, normally I would run 4, maybe 5 3 gallon bags, this run, 9 1 gallon bags. The tent will still yield between 650 and 850 grams dry.

That's some crazy yield really want to be on your level, next time I will try 4, I am also running a 4x4. That's gotta look wicked cool with all the 1 gallon bags lined up in a 4x4, straight up sea of green.

Any strains your recommend for monster plants?

Hubbabubba Haze is a big one, grape walker kush was big too. I think capable of filling a 3x3 by herself if given the legroom and lighting, I think there's a lb possible.

With quality LED 1.8 grams per watt (wall draw) is regularly doable. I run 450w of cob lighting in 3500k. Under HPS/MH .6 to .8 gpw is normal.
Run to the size of your tent / light setup and don't worry about yield per plant, but about the yield per sq foot.
Outdoor you can worry about the per plant weight!

9 1 gallon bags is a bit of work. Everyone always wants something. 6 are down and drying now, waiting on the last 3. These last ones are a first cross of my own, so am anxious to see them down and in jars.

Hello :toke:

I am looking for some tips on these two girls here.. currently ~day 32 from seedling. In 5 gal fabric pots with fox farm happy frog/perlite mix over a 600 watt LED running 20/4. I started nutrients week 3, quarter strength calmag/fox farm big bloom. Then week 4 quarter strength calmag/big bloom & grow big. Always distilled water with pH between 6.0-6.2. Have plenty of air circulation in tent and humidifier maintaining 45-50% humidity. Both are currently sitting about 7 inch tall.

The plants have really picked up growing since adding nutrients, however I am concerned they are not actually green crack autoflower. Is there any way to tell if these plants are photo? Is it too late to start LST? Do they look healthy? Any advice seriously appreciated

Thanks!

You’ve got advice from some top notch growers here and I agree with what they’ve said. My advice as well for the future is to increase your pH when you’re growing in soil. I think you’re a bit low so pH 6.4-6.8 will likely help.
