Hey, so this is my first grow EVER. I am growing indoors in a 3x3x5 tent. I am growing Critical Purple by growerschoiceseeds.com. They are growing in a 5 gal pot with ffof and ffhf with perlite mix with the top soil being happy frog only as well. I've got a humidifier (I live in a very dry state), 2 small clip-on fans one up top and one one the opposite bottom. I am using a 200w agrobrite cfl 6500k right now, going 18/6. In a week when it arrives I'll be adding a second 200wagrobrite cfl 2700k lamp as well.
Day[HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG] I had to do some light watering with distilled pH 6 and ppm 3 water as soil was completely dried, this wasbefore adding humidifier to grow tent.
Today is day 4. Put humidifier in yesterday been maintaining humidity between 50%-80% Today and temps have been between 70-80 she got a little mire water on top because of how dry the soil was but since humidifier has been in its been maintaining moisture well. I think I see the firsttrue leaves coming out as well.
so I have to leave two of my duct holes open a little where I have my two fans, one up top, one on the bottom and I was worried about getting any kind of infestation so i may have done something dumb and put a tiny bowl of Apple cider vinegar in the corner to attract gnats to the bowl instead of my plant if they did get in and I say a gnat around my house yesterday and it ended up in my bowl this morning when I checked my tent kind of dumb over all me doing that so I'm praying I don't get an infestation this young. I'm going to try to get gnat repellant top soil on Friday, but if they are in there that really won't do much for me I'm thinking. I removed the Apple cider vinegar from the tent and it's just sitting in my bedroom not sure if o should remove it all together or keep it in room or what.. any advice?! Also is it normal for the flower veins to be that light and almost yellow?
