Feels like I'm stuck in pre-flower mode

Using half is what I did.. Just put it on the bottom and fill in the rest of the pot.. I used roots organic to fill the rest of my pot.. In regards to using Something to get your ph up I did not use anything at all.. Just used the water never even tested the PH if I were you I would email Kind Soil and see what he says but using anything that is not organic will mess with the kind soil .. Just use the water..

The earth juice crystals are what they recommended for pH down so I thought it would be good for the up. But maybe you are right. I might not need to do anything. I will email them and see what they think.

So I thought I would close this thread out with the conclusion. I harvested yesterday on day 110. I stopped giving nutrients a while back as there seemed be some nutrient burn, gave it just plain water in the reservoir without pHing as I could never get it to be stable as it would swing widely in just 12 hours, went to 12/12 light schedule, and lollipoped as lower leaves yellowed daily. Here are some pictures right before the chop. This is my second grow and it seems I may have been dealing with an auto with weak genetics. Still I'm happy I stuck with it and will at least harvest something. Can't wait until everything is cured and ready to try. My next grow will be organic water only in Kind Soil growing a Royal Queen Seeds Diesel Automatic.

Not bad bud a rep slap for sticking it out.. Let me know if you need any help with the kind soil.. Also did kind soil ever reply to you about ph up and down? I can honestly say I liked the distilled water best and well you can not and do not have to ph it...

Thanks for the slap! Yes I'm really glad I waited it out and there's always something to be learned from using patience. Who knows maybe it will be great smoke. Fingers crossed. I just started to germinate my next seed and hopefully I will be an uneventful and easy grow. Good to know I can reach out if I run into trouble. I think I will start a grow journal here. I did not ask about the pH yet as I've been preparing for my water source and I think I will be going with Poland Spring water. I got a cool counter top dispenser for the 5 gallon water jugs and my first Poland Spring jug the pH is spot on at 6.5. I will reach out to them and still ask the question for you. I'm also wondering what the best way to store the Kind Soil is as I'm only going to use half of it on this grow.

Thanks for the slap! Yes I'm really glad I waited it out and there's always something to be learned from using patience. Who knows maybe it will be great smoke. Fingers crossed. I just started to germinate my next seed and hopefully I will be an uneventful and easy grow. Good to know I can reach out if I run into trouble. I think I will start a grow journal here. Store it in a sealed zip lock .. Poland spring water at a perfect 6.5 wow that's great the stuff i was getting was 7.4 I used it and went back to distilled I am going to set up a filter to filter my tap water and try that next grow

I thought I would also filter my tap. I did a little bit of research and saw that most water treatment for tap is using chloramines - chlorine boned to ammonia. Chlorine is supposedly easy to get out with evaporation and bubbling. But it seems that won't work for chloramines. I basic britta filter will not get out the chloramines. Take all this with a grain of salt as I don't know exactly how damaging the chloramines are but some seemed to think it wouldn't play nice with the organics in the soil. Even the Poland Spring and distilled water had some trace amounts of chloramine in them. I ordered test strips. There is also something you can get for aquariums that say it will get rid of the chloramines.

Yeah this is why I may just stick with distilled water for 80 cents per gallon at wal mart.. I do not have to do anything but buy it and pour it in the pot
