Isnt 2% of 1000 ppm equal to 20ppm?if your using 100-150 ppms of cal/mag, that's not enough N to have much if any effect, your talking2 ppm.
Isnt 2% of 1000 ppm equal to 20ppm?
I was only going by what the plants looked like and my own experience using cal/mag with N in it.
I add my cal/mag the same way as you and have given plants 300ppm of cal/mag.They need it under leds and using coco medium. No plant deaths yet.1000 ppm of cal/mag?? isn't 250-300 ppm toxic to plants? did I miss something?
I add cal/mag to my water by measuring its ppm, i detest measuring in teaspoons etc. I add 100-150 ppm of cal/mag and test the levels for accuracy before I add nutrients ( when I use them ).
thanks for looking in dudeshe's a pretty one, looking real chunky.
cheers mate she had a hard start in life but pulled throughBeautiful looking plant, bro, well done!
thank you pops fastbuds have their genetics nailed downShe's a real beauty!
just being nommed is a compliment enough, but someday ihope to have a little trophy up there below my lego headNice, another BOM nom, you deserve it man that thing is beastly now... Wait for a little more swelling and a cup it is!!
@pop22 and @redrobbo i only know roughly how much ppm im aiming to feed. I just thought the total ppm of the feed was all that mattered. But im a dumb ass lol.
Heres how i do it. My base water is 150ppm.
I add 1ml per litre of plant magic magne cal+ and the ppm rises to 370ppm so the calmag is 220ppm?
Then i add 2ml each of canna a and b and the ppm is then 850ppm. So the a and b are adding another 480 ppm.
Should i now be thinking about how much ppm of each macro and micro element i have per feed. Sounds complicated lol
