Hey guys,
I just received an ipower 6in inline exhaust system kit for my 4x4x6.5' tent. I found that it doesn't have a fan control setting so it's just plug and go. It's a 443cfm fan. I recognized that after setting up and closing my tent, there's a very clear suction effect going on with my tent. When you look at the tent you can see how it's sucking it pretty noticeably. Now I do have a small fan blowing in creating an active intake but it's very weak compared to the exhaust so my question is....is there any negative issues with having a strong negative pressure system in the tent? There is not a strong breeze that could hurt the plants or anything actually it's hard to even see the plants moving from it. Just looks very odd when looking at the tent from the outside lol I bought an adaptable fan speed controller that goes in right at the socket so I will eventually have slow medium and high. Just wanted some opinions if I'm endangering my girls at all. All of which are still seedlings. Thanks!
