Keep it up cos it's working, I used to use the Bloom only the Alg a Mic suplament all my other grows until recently changing to advance nutrients.

Day 38. What have I done... I guess we'll know this time next week. I bottled it slightly and left some of the lower fan leaves as insurance

It won’t look like you even did anything in a few days… those leaves grow back quick.

Is it safe?? Well it defo won't kill her.. whether it's good or bad for a plant will be debated forever.. but loads of journals on here and an actual side by side on another forum would suggest u should absolutely strip that plant out m8 she looks beautiful healthy.. but how many bud sites under all that healthy green foliage won't get any light because of it?? Just my view my man.. its a gorgeous plant.

Yeah definitely, I've done it after seeing @hope2grow do it.
And alot of other people too have done it too with real noticable results. Comparison grows show in favour of the leaf strip.

Backed by overwhelming feedback foliation will happen. I’ve been removing leaves here and there but not a good one. Thank you all
