Hello fellow AFN farmers. This is my third attempt to get my journal written. I have one in New Growers that’s coming close to completion if you want to check it out.
But first I want to give a shout out to all the members that gave me advice and positive comments on my current grow. Especially @Mañ'O'Green. Dude, you rock! I would’ve made a lot of newbiemistakes had it not been for yourgreat advice and conversations. Sohere’s to you!
With that being said, this particulargrow was hard to get going. I lostone RSQ Diesel, one SeedsmanKush, two Dutch Passion Glueberry OG, two Humboldt BlueDream, and two Mephisto Alien vTriangle. Fortunately, or unfortunately depending on howyou look at it, I only paid for the Glueberry and the Blue Dream. Anyway I managed to get one diesel, one glueberry OG and one Kush to take. Funny thing about the Kush though, it looked like it wasn’t going to make it when a second sprout appeared. It looked stronger and healthier then the first one that popped but then it started failing as well. But I wasn’t about to give up on either one yet. Now, The first one is doing very well and I decided to keep the second one just to see what would happen. And wouldn’t you know it, it started coming back as well, though stunted. So now I have a littledilemma. Do I leave it with the bigger one or do I just pull it? With all of the trouble I had starting thisgrow it would kind of make up for abit of the loss that I suffered.
So here are some pics of whatthey look like when they sproutedand what they looked like five daysago.
The fuller growth pics were taken on day 15 and it is currently day 20. So far they are doing OK. I am giving them General hydroponics Flora nova at 1/4 strength with Hydro guard. After reading @autobeast feed on topping, I plan on topping them and startingLST tonight. It’s a good read for those who want to get more flower for their efforts.
I’m open to advice, questions, and comments. So don’t be shy. I’ll post specifics if anyone is interested.
