Just wait 4 weeks or so to start , i drill holes through the bottom tray and use string and adjustable plant ties . I just put a little tention on the base stem of the plant with the string and a tie to keep it centred , then be careful not to break anything and just work your way around the plant tieing all branches down , depending on growth i can do this for up to 8 weeks , you mever stop really intil they are like in the pic above . People use scrogs but i prefer this as you give every plant your attention

Can you tell a little more about your set up ? Which pots are you using ? Lights ? etc. Im asking it because you light seems far too close from the plant !

And please can you take a picture of your main stem ? I'm really interested in how you bend it. Im planning to make a mega grow with a seed my breeder offered me (Fast Buds Six Shooter). Could use some inspiration

Do you mean the light is too close?lol its just a small 120w . The other two are 600w hps , coco grow with select advanced nutrients . I can take some more pics and ones of the stalk maybe later
