Auto SFV OG - Auto Mac #1 and Auto Oh My Gusher
So yesterday I took down my Auto Mac #1 from our beloved patron, Dutch Passion.

Thank you for the opportunity to grow this cultivar in my greenhouse @Antonio_DutchPassion :toke:
I'll update in a couple of days when the buds are dry with a weight pic or two.

See you in a bit,

Bob :toke:
I always find it sad to chop down plants, but I'll ruthlessly murder my auto Mac if it's anywhere near as good looking as yours, really nice looking weed, I hope it's amazing.

Thanks for the update mate, I do hope she will become a bit more compact during your holiday! She looks a bit more Sativa and foxtailed then what I personally expected, but hopefully she has some nice terps though!
You're welcome mate! :toke:

Have a look at my first grows brother...Nothing to write home about, but it was my weed and I was happy with what I grew. Every year I learn something new. If you really want to become a good grower, learn about how to water properly and how to implement VPD into your grow. You already measure humidity and temperature, so keeping an eye on VPD shouldn't be a problem. When I started to keep the VPD in check, my grows improved quite a lot.

I hope it's amazing.
We'll soon find out brother.

Brilliant. I've had issues with my plants and have worked through them over time to where I'm basically competent and in a position to start taking more notice of the environment. I have applied TDS to learn and VPD is next on the list.I owe all my growth as a grower to autoflowers due to the sheer number I can grow (compared to photoperiods), and that I can have plants at all different stages right next to each other (an actual miracle!) I'm getting there Bruv, but my 'there' starts with adequate environmental control with basic grower competence and ends with the Unity Bomb - the name of the plant I'm hoping to breed, and my contribution to world peace. So for me a fair way to go

Doing great, some defoliation to do but no problems at all. I think I know why my plants take longer in bloom, it's not a technique (unless you want it to be) it's just part of the learning curve. If you want to extend your plants flowering period from 2 to 13 weeks (and counting, I'm growing an auto Glueberry OG that's 20 weeks old Saturday, and not finished!) the way to go is Bloom nutrient mismanagement. As I don't TDS, I increase my base feed (Bloom A+B) ahead of the appropriate bloom additive (Explode), this means (I think) that I'm skewering the NER towards Nitrogen. For instance with Dutch Pro 3ml/L A+B (bloom) with 1ml/L Explode, which is a good strong feed for vigorous plants, I would increase my feeds from 2.5ml/L A+B and .5ml/L Explode to 3ml/L A+B whilst still only feeding .5ml/L Explode When the plant has been on the increased A+B about 3 days ish I then increase the Explode. This is wrong. I am starting to manage TDS with this plant. I was at 3ml/L A+B with .5ml Explode which gives(with Silica and Calmag) 547ppm (4L feed). So today I made 3L of 3ml A+B and 1ml/L Explode and lowered the ppm with 600ml RO water to 554ppm which is approx the same strength as yesterday, only less Nitrogen. So to round up I think I can grow big plants in big pots in relatively small spaces giving excellent yields in a timely fashion, if I pay attention to the TDS of my feeds - who knew?

Grow tent shuffle, here's auto MAC1 in her new position under an xs1500, increasing in stature daily. Despite the rough start this is a very good sized plant, I haven't managed to kill her now that I'm trying TDS feed management and I'm hoping to see a faster bloom period, here's the bud development up to now.
