Looking poorly and losing leaves at an alarming rate but colours are beautiful and buds are actuality getting pretty dense. Don’t think she’s going to be a massive yielder but if the live terps are anything to go by she’ll be a tasty smoke. Can’t wait to give her a go, as soon as I have an empty 3 gal pot I’m planning on popping the Auto Desfran I received as well so looking forward to that too.

Thanks for the reply, yeah I think the multiple strain thing has definitely thrown me off in the past as I’ve misread fade as deficiencies and vice versa. Like you said as long as the buds are dense that’s all that matters ultimately. I’m looking forward to having a taste but mine is mainly for the wife as well! She likes something to take away all the extra noise but where she can still get her shit done, hoping this will fit the bill.

I am having lots of difficulties this grow..

Saturday-afternoon I gave her a fresh new bucket nicely PH'ed at 5.8.. Because the PH in the bucket was extremely low.. (4.9 or so)

Sunday evening I got a scare.. lots of browned and curled up leaves..
- I checked the PH, it was at 6.8!! This is a little more of a PH increase then I am used to..
- So I corrected it back to 5.8, and removed some of the crispy leaves.
- This morning I checked, and again it was at 6.7..
- I corrected it again .. back to 5.8

All is not lost though, I hope she pulls through.
I have had PH values that went up high before, but never this quick cripsy leaves reaction

Auto CBD BBK on day 49.
As you can see from the second pic in particular I’m starting to lose her a bit… I increased her base nutes from half strength to 75% a couple of days ago but I doesn’t seem to have been enough, I’ll probably try her at full strength next time and see how she goes. Beautiful colours but don’t think her buds are forming quite as well as they would be if she was a bit healthier. Hopefully be able to pull her round a bit before the next update, thanks for looking.

I chopped down the freaky 1 yesterday it was just a strange plant from day 1, the other 1 is doing fine

Shame to hear you chopped her down she looked very thin (sativa dominant), whats the reason you killed her?
She looked quite healthy, colour wise and not a bad internodal spacing either..

Yes I think you’re probably right, her newer growth still isn’t looking too bad but older stuff is crispy and pretty much all dead. Thank you her buds are definitely coming along nicely now, it’s been a very interesting grow and I look forward to having another go at her to see if I can do her justice.

I was worried about possible hermi and just the way she was starting to flower looked like something that did not appeal to me. looked more like a male flower and plus I wanted the room for the other good banana blaze to fill out. Sorry I don’t normally kill plants on purpose but as Spock said the needs of the many out weigh the needs of the few.

Banana blaze appreciated the extra room I’ve had cold temps here this week so radiator got cranked up and the plants liked the extra heat for sure. Shes shaping up quite nice now.
