Couldn't help but notice those big healthy stems/stalks! Can imagine what your roots look like.
Do you do anything with them?

Thanks Root. Having seen your use of the Whole plant I'm sorry to say I dont use any of the roots or leaves.
This is mainly due to not wishing to antagonise the Boss... I couldn't dream of cooking anything. If you have any suggestions regarding cold processing of any of the trimmings that would be great.:smokebuds:
