Ive grown Durban out doors and it was a fairly tall plant. I decided to try them again since Ive moved the shiw indoors. I was expecting a lil stretch but these girls are short and bushy. I topped one which is still in veg and the other I threw in the flower tent which is on day 24 of flower and moving at a nice pace. Theyre both in 3gl smart pots, I'll take a few clones off the one that I topped and flowet her as wrll.
On Day 24 of 12/12
She's moving pretty fast and isnt stretching at all to be a pure sativa. I have haze strains growing next to it as well as critical and kush strains and it looks more indica than any.
looks nice Lee, and yes we do see fat leaves at first which tend to slim out into a more typical sativa appearance by the end. I noticed a tiny bit of leaf claw, maybe she will enjoy a slightly lighter feed for a short while. Good luck with her, this variety should really get a good frost going for you. I hope she finishes without any drama all the best bro
I had to be away for a few days and had a few electrical issues in my flowering tent. Had to harvest 2wks early and lost most to mold. This Durban has been on 12/12 for a wk now, she's going to be a nice one. She's been vegging for about 2 or more nonths, she's also been topped a few times theres 8 main branches. This plant has a really powerful funk she's putting off since she grew a first set of leaves, I cant wait to see how it develops.
Yep! She's been getting half hps half led, with a lil sunlight and rainy weather. I have a few clones to replace her if she's good pheno. I also have a few autos in the veg tent and a few mothers Im working with, so it made it easy to get a good veg on this one.
