DD', is it happening shortly before lights out, perking up soon after the lights go on? If so, this is indeed a light thing, a diurnal phenomena... Both my outdoor and tent plants may do this, not all do but each grow seems to have at least 2-3 that relax their petiole's posture like this,...At 18", that light is too close mate, seedlings and young plants don't want full blasting light just yet... Most recommendations for plants this stage is around 24" or so...
