Ok so I am learning that daz’s super soil mix isn’t strong enough to get through flower. By a lot it seems. It seems especially in the K dept.
That’s the main issue all of my plants have shown this round. As they get into flower by like a week they almost all show K def.
I added 3/4 cup of potassium sulfate 1/2 cup of seabird Guano and started using the aloe extract.
I am getting ready to start potting up the LAG2 and should have it wired today or tomorrow.
I think I am going to switch it up to a hybrid layered soil tech.
on the very bottom of the pot I am gonna use the coast of main I have left and add 1 tablespoon per gallon of the super soil mix
I am also going to up the ratio to 2.5 tablespoons per gallon
these plants get so damn big so damn fast it just uses all the nutes up. Something I haven’t really considered. With the first run using kind soil it was pretty dang hot. And i cut it 2:1 with roots O.
I may just try a couple in straight coast of Maine and use my starter hole method.
So a couple of adjustments comin with the soil mix to try snd rectify these issues I seem to be havin

I would take a look for sure. However I have 40 GALLONS of Dazs mix to use. And it works great. I just don’t think the 2 tablespoons per gallon is enough to last through flower. You should look at my mix. It's deceptively simple, yet I recently had a Sativa go 92 days in a three gallon pot and never gave her anything but water. And she was green at harvest
Here she is; Pineapple Poison from SSSC, on chop day
