Hey I have this problem on mainly the dragons growing..2 Russian's, and Bud wider that have bent leaves...some other peeps here say they had the same was thinkin its maybe in the genes..my Magic and Duurty, CRAK, PL arent showing this.but my BW took a deep turn on bending..
I know it could be cause of heat or humidity or over nitro..my humidity is at 56 temps are 82-86..usually around 84..low as 79 lights off
the BW was showing yellowin at the bottom and slowly progress up but only fan leaves..gave a flush and sum nitro might of helped some not
yellowin as fast..but my runoff ph on the BW is around 6.1 yesterday with plain water at 6.7 it was 5.8 last watering. So Im wondering if its because of the ph..
The 2 russian dragons also have bent leaves and are the only ones with the fan leaves trying to get more light to say. Their soil ph runoff is at also 5.9-6.
BW is under a 120w LED panel the rest under a 240 BLk*

heres some piks to see what I mean...

Have you checked your PH meter to a control? the range you're in (5.9-6.4 or so) shouldn't be bad for the plant... what has the feeding schedule been?

what do you mean check the meter? like calibrate? yeah I recalibrated if its that your asking..nutes then h2o about every 2-3 days..was using FF went to water then to bat guano water back to FF..not sure to much as its just those 3 showin it..

we have a couple dragons with bendy leafs too.
also feeding with FF.

pics in my signature also in album on my profile page

What I mean check it to a known good meter, maybe a friends, or check it against litmus paper; I've seen a few people have endless problems until they realized their meter was broken....

If there are no other symptoms I wouldn't worry about it until you can get more of a hint as to what's going on....

naw noone else to check it against..i havent used my lithmus or liquid ph to see will do next water but this meter SHOULD be ok who knows though I had a brand new one I had to sendback cause it was f'n up..Ill see what she looks like tomorrow to see btter she started the horns today but other bent like all the rest of us

sup bro :toke: ...you girls look nice (besides the obvious)...just i.m.o i dont think the genetics would have played a part in this beacause its 2 diffrent strains. finding 2 strains that have leaf cupping is hard.....but you picking those 2 out of 100s of strains would be rare...i think that if it isnt a nitrogen problem (the leaves look green but a healthy green) then it would be your temps (heat exhaustion).....in a few shots (mainly the R.D) you can see classic signs of heat exhuastion. the B.W just seems like a little more "extreme" of a case .....your temps of a constant 85 and never lower then 79 could be the cause of this....i think that certin stains (even tho generally grown in hot climates) sometimes arent equipped for a constant tropical 80/85 climate....it get's cool at night even in the tropics .....take 4 instance strains from the dutch or the netherlands ....again this is just my opinion.....hope it helps :peace:

thnx for checkin in havent figured it out as yet yellowin more been givin nitro but nada for the moment may try just nitro to see next water...a lil more bendin but not much past that shes buddin nice..

as for gen I think they all as far as the Dragons go have similiar gen. Temps could be it also been thinkin as they were bred in colder climate the BW hasnt adjust to mine as yet..but I have took indoor and outdoor seeds from holland grown there and they did great outside here those were photos though..temps outside at night now reach 75 maybe a tad bit lower bt not more than 1 or 2 deg..its always hot so this bitch betta get used to it..
