I had been looking for a seed bank that accepted bitcoin and had a decent selection to choose from.
I could only find ONE review of the place but it WAS positive so I decided to chance it.
I ordered 12 seeds in total (auto collection #2 from paradise and auto collection #1 from Sweet Seeds). I also recieved a free 5 pack of Dr Green Seeds Critical+ Auto Fem.
After I placed the order I received an 'order recieved' email and a 'payment accepted' email. I was, however, a bit confused with the shipping.
The site states "Within Europe, orders that are placed before 12:00 (GMT+2) are shipped the same day with Traceable package - Certified Postal Service - and it will take between 3-7 working days."
But nothing regarding US orders shipping. So I sent an email asking if US customers were just supposed to assume their order had shipped. I got an email back the next day with assurance that my order would be shipping out within 24 hours and provided me with a tracking number - something that, per their website, is only available to European customers.
I consider this to be excellent customer service; going that extra mile for your customer. Thats a sure fire way to bring people back.
I got my beans within 16 days (to the Eastern US) of the payment being processed...which was instantaneous as I payed with bitcoin.
Packaging was very stealth, IMHO. Beans were still in orig. breeder packaging.
Overall, I was very satisfied with Dr Green Store, and will absolutely place my next order with them
