It's been a while since I've posted, anywhere, about any of my projects, but I've got a Widow going that I'd like to start a thread about. I've actually got about 8 plants going right now, but main focus is going to be my Dutch Passion Auto White Widow.

She was planted in her solo cup on 4/3/2015. I always start my seeds off directly in soil. I don't paper towel them or even soak them. I use a marker, make a little hole, soak the hole with water, drop in the seed and cover with dirt and spray the hell out of it. Then I take a zip lock back, spray water in it, then put over the cup. Twice a day, I mist the soil and bag and recover.

She popped through the dirt on 4/6/2015.

Right now, she's under CFLs. I have other ladies taking up the 600 watt HPS at the moment.

She got transplanted this weekend, on 4/18/2015 into a 5 gallon bucket. My soil mix is 25% MG seedling starter potting mix/25% MG potting mix/50% Perlite. I've always received some crap for my soil choice on that other forum, but it's been working for me for about 2 1/2 years, so I've kept at it. Here's a pic of her, she's not been named yet. My princess names all the ladies 5 days after they've been transplanted. I'll include pics of my other ladies in the next post. I'm still a bit of a novice, so any input is welcome!

Here's some other stuff I have going on right now. First would be the 4 ladies that are closest to being ready. Its' 1 auto sour diesel( Rachel) and 3 Barney's Auto Pineapple Express, ( Monica, Phoebe and Ursula). They were planted Feb 9th. the SD and 1 PE are in 2 gallon buckets and the other 2 PE are in 1 1/2 gallon pots. Same soil mix, using the lucas formula for nutes. These ladies are under a 600 watt hps

I also have a Dutch Passion, auto Blue Berry that I planted on 3/17. She's in the same soil mix, in a 2 gallon bucket, she got transplanted into the bucket on 4/3. She hasn't started being fed nutes yet. Since I do use soil with nutes in it, I don't typically feed until the first hairs show. She's a pretty little lady that is named Stormy. Next to her on the right is a Sugar Black Rose auto, that was just transplanted this weekend. She hasn't been named yet. They are under a 150 watt hps currently. These girls, along with the White Widow will be moved under the 600 Watt light when the ladies above are harvested in about 2 1/2 weeks. Thanks for looking!

good luck with the grow bamabuds.

Thanks Tony! I've been wanting to grow some White Widow, ever since I started growing. Bought some seeds about a year ago from a different breeder, all 3 sprouted and died. After reading all about DP on this site, I decided to give it a try again.

It always amazes me the difference a day can make in a plant. My White Widow has seemingly taken just fine to her new pot. No matter how many times I transplant, I always get a little nervous for a few days. I'm always afraid that I'm too rough on the ladies and will somehow hurt one. It hasn't happened yet, but I still have that fear. Anyways, here's an updated picture of her in her 5 gallon bucket, still under CFLs until the other ladies are done with the 600 watt.

Here's also a pic of my auto BlueBerry girls. They ain't the stars of this journal, but they are still Dutch Passion seeds,. so I figured I'd show them off. This is Stormy on the left and her yet to be named baby sister in the solo cup. Both are auto BB from DP. They are under a 150 watt. Along with the White Widow, they will be moved under the 600 watt hps in 2 weeks or so. Thanks for looking and any input/advice is welcomed and appreciated.

Haven't updated in a while. Got out of the routine, when the site went down, but now that it's back up, I have an update! I'm really proud of Dory, she's 40 days from sprout, 43 from seed, she's standing about 30" tall from the top of the dirt. I've been feeding every other water, using about 16ml of florabloom and 4 ml of micro, per gallon. about 35% of my soil mix has time release nutes, so I'm going very easy on the N. She's under the 600 watt hps now, and hopefully I'll get a tent to put her in soon, to help concentrate the lights. That yellowish spot you see on the bottom left isn't burn, it's where a CFL fell over on the leaf. Anyways, if anyone stops by, thanks for looking and any input would be appreciated! Here's a pic!

she's got a great structure to her and enough hight to ensure she should bud up nicely under that 600 watt HPS. Good luck with it

Thanks Tony! I'm really liking the way she's structured and she's starting to flower really good now. If I don't get a tent, I'm going to build something really reflective around her. I'm hoping to pull 120 grams from her, that may be too ambitious, but that's what I'm shooting for. But, I've pulled 100 grams+ from plants that didn't look this good, at this stage, without being in a reflective environment. Thanks again for stopping by!

Update time. Dory, my little white widow auto from Dutch Passion is about 49 days old, she's grown even taller the past week and is standing about 36" tall from the soil. She's starting to show a lot of bud sites, but they seem rather small in comparison to the other flowering plant I have in the room, that sprouted the same day. I'm thinking she's just not as fast a finisher. Really nothing new to report, except lots of small bud sites, haven't changed my feeding schedule, still using a modified version of the Lucas Formula and feeding every 3rd watering. She's still really vibrant green, and everything looks healthy to me, if anyone notices anything from the pic I'm posting, please chime in. Thanks for looking and here's a pic!

Weekly update time for anyone that's reading along. She's 56 days from sprout, 59 days from seed. She's about 40" tall. I was kinda worried about her for a while. She wasn't budding up as fast and as much as another strain that sprouted same day, but it looks like she's starting to come along. I'm including a couple of pics, one a little closer up to the main cola. I'd appreciate any feedback from someone with experience with this strain, as far as how she's looking at 56 days from sprout. I'd love any tips.
