I run an HLG 550 v2 Rspec at 100% at all times. I keep it at least 40" away from seedlings and let plants get 24" away on their own before I raise the light.

Dimming lights is a myth, no need.

Third week for the Double Grape. Seems to be doing well so I decided to top her as planned.
She should be recovering nicely, hopefully.

Otherwise, I am following the HESI recommended feeding schedule and no issues so far.

4th week for the Double Grape and we are still looking good.
She recovered perfectly after the topping, in fact, she didn't seem to suffer from it at all.

I did some light training on the lower branches, I am waiting for the top branches to grow a bit more before I start to manipulate them.

She's showing some pistils, now the real fun begins.

I am still following the HESI feeding schedule and we are doing just fine.
This week I added HESI Boost which is supposed to activate and boost (duh) flowering.

HESI nutrients:
TNT Complex 5 ml/l
Root Complex 5 ml/l
Supervit 1 drop/l
PowerZyme 2 ml/l
Boost 2 ml/l

Double Grape - Week 5.

She is still doing great after the topping, healthily branching from all sides.
I have to adjust the wires every day (sometimes twice a day). She is growing fast. Can't wait to see her develop her colas and bud sites.

Otherwise, nothing much to report, I am still sticking to the HESI feeding schedule.
I will probably switch to bloom nutrients next week.

It's already week 6 and she's doing excellent as far I can tell.
She is slowly developing her bud sites and my girlfriend says it's getting pretty stinky in there.

The only thing I am still indecisive about is whether or not I should defoliate, tuck the leaves or leave her alone.
I asked a few other growers and it seems like a polarizing topic. Please feel free to give your opinion
