New Grower Does it suppose to do that?

Seedling leaf contortion is fairly normal. These are just plants, just sprouting, with leaves not yet even fully formed (and these early ones may never be; and these lowest leaves are probably just going to be pulled or lost later). In my view, at this days-old age, If it looks nice and green and is obviously growing, including forming more leaves, everything is fine. If it's not growing or you see problems with later leaves, then worry.

But don't let my view that there is no definable problem (based on available information) stop you from thoroughly reviewing what you've done so far. Along these lines, consider posting more information about what you've done so far, your media, lighting, etc.

Thanks man, that really helped

I'd kind of agree with @BII -- a lot of little seedlings have a few weird shapes and forms to the first few sets of true leaves.
Once they get up to about node 3, 4 or 5, with 5-pointer, 7-pointer or larger leaves, then you'll see the more usual leaf morphology (shape).
More experienced growers may be able to provide better knowledge.

Because it is a seedling and only so many things can go wrong in the seedling stage as far as def. My last guess would be a case of root rot. Have you over watered at all? It is such a new seedling it doesn't seem like there would be enough time for root rot to happen. I would take this question and head over to the infirmary section and ask someone there that has the knowledge and can give you a solid answer.I hope you find the answer but I agree it looks bad but she may pull out of it.
