Indoor Does it get any stronger than this?

I've been growing for a while but was wondering is it me or does weed get a little stronger as it cures?

Personally, I definitely believe weed gets stronger during cure....firm believer in TBMs dry & cure methods. Now I never even try a nug until it has been through at least 10 days cure...but my BEST nuggs are the ones cured 3-4 months.

Oh yes, it certainly gets better with a good cure. From everything I've read it takes about 4 months for it to cure properly and reach it's peak in smell, taste and high.

In my experience, the smell and flavour comes out after a good 3-4 month cure. But as for getting stronger, I would say that is one persons experience compared to another.

What actually happens if I am correct here - when your plant is harvested it has non-psychoactive THC, and thc that is already psychoactive. Once you dry and begin to cure, after the plant has stopped all productivity, this allows the non-psychoactive THC to turn into psychoactive THC. Meaning there is a higher percentage of THC, which in turn means a higher "high". Taste and aroma also improve as chlorophylls and other pigments begin to break down.

So in my opinion, yes. Because there is more THC converted into psychoactive THC once it gets a chance to mature.

EDIT: LOL im stoned, after I read this I realized how stoned I was. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks all,I thought it got stronger after curing,Ive got eight guart jars full ,some knew and some old so I don't think i'll run out testing this theory.Smoke on everbody!!!:booya:

iirc the temp to hasten the transform of thc-a into thc is ~230 farenheit... you don't want to go near ~290 though.

its about the slower processes that happen after drying... conversions
