I'm fortunate in that I grow in a spare bedroom of my home, no tent, door is never closed because I grow Autoflower,
and I keep a Max Performance 20" Lasko fan running on medium 24/7. It seems like a 10-12 mph {14-19 kph} breeze.
My plants leaves are constantly moving and it's the only room in the house that I've never been punctured by a mosquito,
seen a fungus gnat or any other insect. No mold, mildew or standing stagnant water. My plants like that.

And I'll bet that the aroma lulls you to sleep quite nicely.

I run the 16" Hurricane Oscillating fans from seedling through harvest. Clean the motor bearings with ISO then one small drop of gun oil twice a year. Have an old but working one in the garage as a back-up. I run the 8" Hyper Fan for exhaust. I am replacing the 3 year old one with a new one right now. The old one runs but it has a harmonic at a certain speed that I can hear in my bedroom. I may just need to clean the fan? It will be relegated to the back-up position. It is such a PITA to replace a fan in the middle of a grow. I have a tendency to retire things like that early - on my schedule and not theirs.

Mine is 24/7 usually. Right now since its been on the cooler side I have it off. I have the tent open a bit to remove heat and a oscillating fan. Once flower starts then definitely on for smell
