Lighting DIY led grow light

They are stretching as they are trying to reach for more light. Is that one of the 20 watt panels from amazon?

Hey @BigSm0 i live in a country where we have only hash and no amazon
I built this light myself and im running it using a power supply. Ive sticked some led strips on a thick sheet that doesnt let them get too hot.The panel consists of 18 led strips 14 watt each running on 11A and 12V dc on a cpu dell power supply It should be making way more than 20watts i think but im no expert. I want to lower the light but one of the plants is too tall

The best thing to do and learn if needed is low stress training. The further a light is away the more the intensity drops and it's actually a lot more than you would expect. The tops may be getting enough, the middle definitely not and the lower parts are hardly getting anything. Keeping a low powered light at a distance is enough to severely hurt the end yield. Veg is also easier to achieve good results with than flower. Meaning you may be ok now but when the buds start to form you may be a little disappointed. Just some helpful advice. Low stress training is key and I do it even with multiple high powered cobs for the same reasons.

Thanks for the info @BigSm0 ive read alot about the cobs here and definitely building one for my next grow. I did try lst training and broke a stem lol so i didnt want to experiment further as it was my first grow but i think lst is very important and ill definitely try again. Can you tell me if you have an idea about if i can install any kind of lights for the short plants in my grow closet?
