DIY DIY Grow Room 7' 7" x 8' x 8' 6" for less than $300

That is a cool space that you built. It's groovy baby! I just made a double order of Green Crack. I've never grown it or tried it. The 8 leads me to believe that you were a Jr. fan. Good luck with the grow.
I have never had it either I sure hope I get a harvest on that one for sure, it was hard choices deciding what to grow but GC sounded so good I couldn't pass, plus I like the Snoop Dog story. I lean towards sativa more than Indica I got the FastBuds WCOG to have some of each and as a nighttime medication. The 10 freebies just happen to be OG Kush. So I am going to be planting more OGs if I fail because that is what I have more seeds of than GC. I also have 1 seed of Tangie'matic I wanted to plant but decided to wait and make sure I can actually grow to harvest without everything dying. Btw, I got the 8 years ago from the Bud vendor at my store. I just saved it knowing it would be collectible. I was a Gordon fan from the time I moved to the Carolinas.
BTW, I just got a 2300 watt generator delivered UPS from Home Depot today in the case we lose power and my babies need light. :vibe:

You will love the GC! Is a great smoke. Be safe and good luck with the storm. Are you near the coast or inland a bit?

I hope its as good as it sounds. We are foothills area, its a matter of rain and downed trees from saturation and enough wind to knock 'em over into the power lines. Not too worried, just prepared.

Its is every bit as good as it sounds! Yes, saturated ground and winds isnt good for trees. A generator will save a refrigerator full of food and pays for itself if only used once. I have one, we have a lot of outages due to overhead power lines and trees.

And screw in, 6500k led home light bulbs can keep a small plant alive and well if necessary. Just have to keep them kinda close. Wont draw much off the gen either

Yeah, us to, I have a 5 or 15 kilowatt, can't remember which hooked to the house automatically after an outage. It's not hooked to the garage. I got a 2300 volt portable today. It will run the light, A/C and fans and CO2.

You are in good shape! Sure wish mine was wired to the house. I have to use a bunch of 12 ga. Cords.

Ok, so, all that work :poof: gone Whatcha gunna do? I'm just gunna chill:baked: and do it betta' than da 1st time Can you dig it? No use :deadhorse: ,now is there?

So here we go I was going to buy a grow tent to begin my 1st grow I have enough room for an 8x8 but only 1 LED that can cover 4x4 in veg or flower I priced all kinds of tents of all sizes A cheap 4x4 from $50 to $150 8x8 from $450 to $1000 And most reviews were not great for one reason or another So I decided that I would make my own tent I went with 8x8 (or close to it) because I can just use one corner and expand my grow as my skills improve and funding permits Now I spent about $250 but it can be built for less by using all 2x2x8 or leaving out the flooring This size room can probably be built for under $150 I also used my 10% Military discount at Home Depot frequently
