6 weeks ago my grow was doing great, then, one day 50% of all the plants leaves were dead, probably because i watered with carbon filtered water with a ph of 9 by accident

Also, around that time it got up to 100 degrees for a week in my tent

I'm surprised my plants didn't just die so i gave it a chance and try to salvage 'em but since then, for 6 weeks until today, i have been keeping the temperature between 65 and 80 and watering at a ph of 6.5 ish, the problem is that the plants are still growing and getting bigger but the new growth are still dying pretty much as soon as they grow

so i did not fix the problem by adjusting to correct ph, temperature or humidity, i know my grow is done for but i'm trying to identify the problem so i don't do it next time

using kind soil in 3gl pots, no other nutrients
RH is between 40 and 50
2x4 tent with cheap 600w viparspectra LED
i'm extremly careful on over/under watering

Did i poison my soil with that one watering with with the ph of 9.0? Do my plants have a disease? Why are new growth still dying out? Thanks!!!!

It wasn't just one watering of high Ph water. It's something else. My well water is in the 8's and I use it regularly when I don't have rain water available. The plants adjust if you're using soil, at least.

i don't grow in soil i grow in coco but i think it looks like you have lockouts i would remove all of that dry leaves and see what state shes in as thats no were near ready to harvest and at least then you can see if its still carrying in on regarding flushing may be a soil grower can advise you

I think it's a combo of badly off pH (alkaline, major nute lockout), and the KS being well known for it's weak P content especially by bloom time,... there are better "water only" soils out there, look into KIS (we have an unofficial rep' here under that name).... So Hum is another, not had much feedback on that so far....
KIS Organics has a great site, worth reading up over there! They are testing well here, and better still, at the site they still talk honestly about "water only", which is possible, but using some select supplements will make it all work better..... kelp, Si, humic-fulvic, inoculants/tea, even some PK boosting may be warranted to get the fatty buds!
Also, look into getting a soil pH probe for in-pot testing, nothing beats that,... organic or not, pH can drift out of range even under normal conditions, but add in bad water and you see what that can do-.... the Accurate 8 (or identical unit under different brand name) is a good one, not too $,....
A TDS/EC meter and pH meter are essentials too, so you can check your water chemistry and know what's going on there.... be sure to store properly, and calibrate often, pH meters are bitchy instruments about this! 7.0 and 4.0 recommended.....
