In business.. having rude CS. In these days with social networking. And in this booming biz.. it can make you or have you at the bottom.. begging for crumbs.. word of text.is a powerful thing these days... one sentence can do damage..
Hey brother I can tell you're frustrated; @dedereweko was correct that you most likely need to call your bank/merchant services on the card and ask them to lift the restriction for foreign transactions. They usually can do it for a specified time period, so if you tell them you are going to be making international purchases for the next 5 days, that should be do-able (just have to ask!)
Don't forget too when speaking with some of those Customer Service reps that English may not be their first language; I don't think you'll have to go far here on this forum to find someone who wouldn't agree that the context of what we meant to say didn't come out the way we meant it in the text message. Know what I mean?
Keep your chin up; call your merchant services and see what they can do for you. They will be able to see if a company tried to run an authorization for funds on your card (not the same as trying to charge your card.)
