Morning @Mossy i messaged Mark before he went on holiday and he confirmed mine had been sent 2 weeks earlier so can only imagine mine were lost in the post somewhere along the line. He had requested a resend before he went off but these haven't arrived as yet either but I don't know if they have been posted yet.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

:d5: When you germing...?.............:watering:
Earliest would be 3rd Sept which is when I start my new round. Would be good to see some examples since its all new to me. Don't even know if solos finish faster or? Lol

Should be more than enough time. Can't wait for Sep to come. Grow space is bare...too bare...lol

didnt really think about it to be honest its just what i always do since its a solo cup i reckon wont make much difference in the end if it were a normal grow id start the seedling in the final pot no transplant havnt tried playing with that yet
It will be good to see what happens! Ive read conflicting ideas about autos flowering when the roots hit the bottom of the pot or become pot bound, so this could help prove/disprove that!

possibly but i dont thin it will show that much in a solo cup because its too small to make a difference but say take a 6L pot vs 15L pot you would certainly see a difference there a thread by member slow and easy where he tests this idea but i cant remember his results

plenty of information on every cannabis forum about solo cup grows. been going on for years. I have looked at some of Stunted's methods and have decided to feed from bottom, ebb and flow. and top feed as well. I don't think his threads are still on here, but I have a picture of his work.

From my experience it is a few things that determine when full flower will be i've had pistols show up really early like with my RQS Diesel for almost 3 wks it's just got a handful of hairs I've noticed this with a few others aswell I also have heard that feeding bloom nutes supposedly makes it flower faster but again I think there is more to it. I wish I had a sealed room to try little experiments like this also check out on Google there is something called the alpha female it is a female that produces fem seeds that are identical to the female they self seed @ week 2 or 3 it's very interesting read check it out

I grow in 15 litres pots filled with pure clay pebbles. Roots grow through the media easily so i always see root mass reaching the bottom of the pots between week 2 and 3.
Ive prob grown over 100 autos now some strains are done in 60 days some over 100 the roots hitting the bottom have no influence on when they hit flowering in my opinion.
I think its predetermined in the seeds dna.
Saying that, doing something that really stresses the plant can throw off or set back flowering for sure.

And so it begins.....

The 3 on the left are the cookies! Im gonna be doing these alongside fruit cake and purple punch autos and plan on getting a separate smaller tent to do them in a sea of green style!

Almost got my plans finished for a solo cup autopot tray setup so will post some pics of that in the next few days ✌✌
