I think it's what you know as a plastic cup just buddy.. I'm in the UK as well and their just plastic cups round here.. they hold less than half a pint lol like 250ml or something.. I assume that's what we're using.

it makes a substantial difference in size of cup a standard solo cup here in U.S.A. is 16 ounces. or for you cannabis folks 454 grams.

Going by this picture if you fill it pretty much right to the top then its 18 fl oz! @Mossy will i be ok using a uk pint glass or will i need to order some u.s ones in?View attachment 1071993

16 fluid oz = 473.18ml
18 fluid oz= 532.32ml
solo cups are very easily bought online if you cant find one close to home
