Indoor Dinafem GOTY 2018 second leg starts 1st May

Was talking leaves/buds as this strain can go purple.
Trichs are all clear still with just a few cloudy - well that was a few days ago. Will go take a pic now as you have me wondering.
I don't think it should be ready yet as the buds haven't added much bulk.

Yeh, I hear you. Normally I wait 'till the buds are chunky and hopefully hard, the trichs showing 15-25% amber, and the leaves starting to die off --- this has averaged out to be just over 90 days. But this is my first time growing a CBD plant, so I was worried that I needed a different strategy. So a couple of weeks ago I asked DinaFem-Mark about this. He said,
"What we have noticed is CBD peaks just before the trichomes start to degrade and turn amber. Some will Amber up so my recommendation would be

5-10% still clear
85-90% cloudy
5% Amber

This should give you the biggest concentrations of CBD in the end product."

So, I chopped her at the first sign of amber --- just 67 days. Hope I didn't jump the gun,

I asked Mark the same question
She is 60% cloudy, rest clear. No signs of amber yet, so I have a bit to go. Week to 10 days should do it. Will be keeping an eye on all the trichs from now on though.
I think mine started flowering about 2 weeks behind yours and I am now on day 75

I would of taken at a couple different amounts of amber, to see which I found best... 5%-10%-15-20% taken all at 5% didn't allow yourself to try other levels, I always like to take mine at different time's so I can see which effect I enjoy/find better

This is a pure CBD strain though (less than 0.8% THC), so leaving it longer is possibly only degrading the CBD as the actual 'stone' is minimal.

Yeah I wouldn't be growing them type, But regular plants I grow I prefer take with amber at several different %'s to see which I like the most..
