Bag Appeal: ****
Dense, colorful bud with tons of crystals.
THE GROWTH: ****
This plant suffered from serious pH issues at about 3 weeks. Even stunted it still produced a potent, if small, harvest. I'd call it beginner friendly since it managed to survive my first grow. It was only around 12 inches tall with a main cola that was 2/3 of the weight. Some of the most impressive top to bottom trichome coverage that I've ever seen.
THE SMELL: *****
Fantastic citrus aroma with a touch of skunk in the background. The Pink Grapefruit genetics in this strain really stand out, and it most definitely lives up to the name "Fruit".
THE SMOKE: ****
For this test I used a MFLB and bud that had cured approximately 55 days. The smoke is smooth as you could ever hope for, and you definitely pick up some of the grapefruit flavor on the tongue. A great smoking experience, especially for those who love the more exotic, fruity strains.
THE HIGH: ****
I find the Fruit to have a very balanced, mellow effect. Within minutes a nice head high takes over and your body is relaxed but not numb. I harvested early to avoid too much of a couch lock experience, and I'm glad I did. This crop is the perfect all around smoke for everyday life. It'll help you chill out and get lost in your thoughts if you want to, but it's not a heavy stone that will keep you from getting things done or having fun with other people. You can control the intensity and duration very nicely depending on how many hits you take.
Overall I can't say enough good things about this strain, and I highly recommend that everyone give it a try. DinaFem seems to get passed over when people mention the top breeders, but the two DF strains that I've grown have been very hearty plants that produce excellent buds. Even if I never get another freebie, I will gladly pay for some more seeds so I can grow this one again.
