I love mi5. I'm not sure I've ever grown a strain so vigorous and easy to grow.

How would you characterize the smoke or vap. Can you compare it with another popular strain--effect wise. I am interested, although, I have plenty of seeds and will start a R. Rocket soon. I would like to get my hands on a Mi5.

It looks to me like people run mi5 about 7-10 days longer then Joint Doctors EasyRyder(ak47), harvest at 70-80 days?

i agree with Jackal, that there is 2 different phenos...a bushy and a single cola with limited side branching.now on the smells...i have had a few...all the single cola phenos smelled of fruity citrus...the bushy phenos i've had the fruity citrus,a lemon pledge, and a vanilla smelling ones...my favorite one is the lemon pledge one that just finished...had a little test nugget earlier....hmmmm..the smell and taste of this is very kushy!!..here's some pics of the 2 different phenos i had...hope this helps ya bro...cheers..:smokebuds:

I'm not sure about comparing it to another strain but I can describe the effect rather well. Hell I'll make it interactive. Sit on your couch, get giggly for a half an hour, then tie a hundred pound weight to your ass and try to walk to your fridge. Take a nap half way, repeat until fridge is empty.

Well, that was the pheno I kept getting. I'll be doing another MI5 grow this summer so we'll see what i get out of that one. I think I'm going to cut it way sooner this time. I let it go forever due to the fact it wasn't ambering up, a trait I discovered other people had experienced. Don't be fooled It's a trap! I wish I had cut the top half of the plant at ten weeks instead of 11-12.

Mi5 is like a fine wine, have to let it age. I love it at 11-12 weeks.

Don't get me wrong, next grow I'm letting one of the girls age out. I just wish I had a selection of both.

I can't even begin to stress how much MI5 grows itself, I would recommend it to anyone as a first time strain. As long as the basic rules of growing are followed it WILL grow and WILL give a decent harvest. Ya know, I'm gonna go start some beans right now and stick them out in the nasty winter weather. I want to see what these girls can take. I'll get back to you guys on it.

I did a late grow on some Mi5 right when they first came out. Got into late Oct., early Nov. and night time temps started getting pretty cold. Even moved them into the garage on a few nights when there was a chance of frost. They didn't finish till the 2nd week of Nov. and the cold temps turned them a beautiful shade of purple.

I usually recommend Mi5 for first time growers. Easy to grow and always give a good yield.
