Did I kill my seeds?

Quick question: I have this cheap 1200w Amazon grow light in my tent right now, but it probably draws around 265W at the wall. Thru some weird stroke of luck, I bought one Roleadro 600w panel and ended up getting sent 3 of them LOL. is there a way to figure out (without using a meter) how much the Amazon light draws so maybe I can replace it with the Roleadro if it’s less than I originally thought? This is the light I have in right now. Amazon product

not really except for trying to figure it out from your electricity bill. A watts checker in the wall where I am only runs about $10-15. Maybe others know better.
