It looks good to me, I wouldn't worry too much about stressing the plants unless things start to snap
 
I'm thinking it's cal and mag because the brown spots point to cal def and the yellowing between the veins point towards mag.
If it were nitrogen the yellowing would start at the tips of the bottom leaves and work it's way towards the center and then upwards. The leaves also tend to fall off.
 
See how its green between the veins? I am leaning more toward magnesium, also brown spots can appear in magnesium def.

Yes mag not so much cal.
 
64 day update. So I assume, somewhere in the range of August 1st before or after. That would be about 9 weeks from perflowers. I went ahead and scrogged my last plant. Also also went through and trimmed a bit of leafs to allow better air circulation and light to bud sites.. I stopped giving veg nutrients with my bloom nutrients. Bumped my bloom nutrients to 1/2 teaspoon per gallon.
