When your blackstar is on it is generating dry heat. The dry heat helps lower your RH. When the light goes off that dry heat is not circulating in your tent anymore.
my tents 1.2 x 1.2 and i meant it cost me 50pounds in cash from argos its a tiny little thing but it lowered my humidity by 8%. Whats your rh with the extraction running and lights off? Defiantly keep the extraction and carbon filter running.
Id constantly run my extraction fan. Have a clip on fan inside the tent so the air doesn't go stale. I would then also buy a dehumidifier for peace of mind maybe if like me your a worrier. My Rh at one point got upto 60% and i never had any mold but of course prevention is better than a cure.
Sounds like a huge fan lol i got a 1.2m tent and only had a 6inch clip on fan moving my air around. What is your rh reading when your leaving your extraction fan on mate? Worth mentioning if not already dry your run off up with a sponge so its not sitting there at the bottom of your tent.
not sure tonght will be the first time to leave on, have three airpots never ever leave run off(im using biobizz fish mix so i can never forget)but i also have an aeroponic running.sj
Leave it on mate and let us know what the rh is. What sizes are your extraction and intake? I didnt run an intake as when i did my humidity would go sky high....because i was extracting out of a bedroom window left open rather than shooting it right out so i believe some stayed in the room and rather than bring in fresh air i was just doing a recycle...i would simple open the other bedroom window at the hottest part of the day and bring in fresh air like that and i managed too pull 11oz for my first grow under a 600w.
Let us know your intake and outtake sizes plus light. Keep that fan on and let us know the rh. You probably will be alright mate dont worry
passive intake keeps all smells in tent, my extraction fan is a prima klima temp control running at 20% when under 79.i have 2 blackstars240 and an eco light.sj
