What I got...
Problem: leaves are lighter color in the centers

Medium/grow method: coco 70/30 botanicare cocogro

Feed: and supplements used: 1ml calmag, 3g megacrop 1part, 1g epsom salt
550ppmish ph5.8 - run off 600ppm 5.9-6ph
water source:RO

Strain/age: night owl bubblegum queen day 28

light used: hlg 600 20/4

Climate average 70f 55%humdity

I have been following @Mañ'O'Green feed schedule. I had been cutting tap water with RO when symptom first started showing. So for the last 1.5 weeks I have stopped using my tap water and using just RO. Thinking calmag ratio was off. Symptoms seemed to get better but still there.

Looks to be a calcium deficiency to me. If you look on that chart of mine you will see the starting water PPM is 150. about 75 PPM of that would be calcium. You are using RO which means you are not getting that starting PPM of calcium.

Mix Cal-Mag into your RO water until it is 150 PPM then add 3g MC per gallon and .5 g Epsom Salt. PH 5.8

:goodluck:
