Hey everyone, I'm growing two tangerine dream autos from MSNL and today is day 55 from germination. One of my plants has been giving me a weird light green discoloration but now both are throwing me some weird colors and drooping pretty bad. These pics are from today, 4 hours after lights on and 2 hours after feeding. The runoff pH is 6.2-6.3 and ppm is 215 in one plant and 260ish in the other. Both show signs of nute burn even though I'm feeding both plants at around 700-800EC or 80% strength based on the nute schedule I follow (this is the nute schedule I use-; I use the who line of nutes showed and I just started feeding the mid bloom suggested nutes) which is much lower than I've ever fed any of my plants before and 5.9-6.1 pH. One of the pictures shows a leaf that seems to be losing it's green color and is also showing a purple tint. Any ideas on what this could be and how I can go about fixing this.? On a side note these are two of the bushiest plants I've ever grown (first time LST) and my humidity is higher than normal. My temps are at 77-78 degrees and the humidity has been around 60-65%. Any advice would be great don't want this girls to flake out on me =(

Looks like it is dry out. It also could be root bound and this causes pot to dry out fast.

Thanks for the response. The reason the pots look dry is because I spray the outsides with h2o2 occasionally to keep the algae from getting out of hand. They do have quite a bit of root growth but I didn't know plants could get root bound in smart pots. Only thing is with the root bound theory, I would think that they would perk back up after watering. The pots don't feel light and most of the pots' outside are wet to the touch.

Anyone else have any idea why my plants are doing this? Same thing again today. Lights turn on are at 9am it's been 7 hours and they are still drooping and yes I have watered them. I don't want these girls to produce junk buds and they were looking very promising.

How much water are you giving them per plant per day? It sure looks like lack of water but on the other hand it could be too much water.
You may be able to dig down with a small spoon and look at the roots. If they are brown and slimy you may have root rot.

I usually feed them twice a day and about half a gallon each feeding; so one gallon each a day. From what I keep reading, you can't over water coco. Plus each plant was doing relatively well up until this past week. However, I didn't feed them last night and let the pots dry out a bit to see if it would help. If plants are drooping about how long after watering should they perk back up and look healthy? Assuming that they are and there isn't root rot.

I read on MSNL's website that this strain might not do so well in humid climates. Could the humidity being around the mid 60s be causing this at the plants' current flowering stage? If so, should I consider doing a good amount of defoliation to help with the humidity? Also, being that I already lollipopped them, would defoliation cause them too much stress?

Another question I have is what stage would you guys consider my girls to be in? This is always something I struggle with and I can't tell when I should start to change my nutrients for the plant's next stage (one of the many reasons I'm considering switching to MC's 1 part nutrient). I try to go by how Mephisto describes it in their grow guide-

Sprout to Seedling - Day 1 - Day 13
Sexing - Day 14-17
Pre-flowering/veg/stretch (these are combined) - Day 18 - 30
Flowering - Day 30 - 75

With that being said these girls didn't show sex for quite some time; at about week 5-6. If someone could provide me clarity on how to properly identify autoflower's life cycle that would also be greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to say, all problems aside. Your bush looks Amazing! So many cola sites! Did you top it?

When mine start drooping, it only takes about a couple of hours for them to be restored to where the leaves are pointing upwards.
Maybe try an experiment:
First few days- give half the amount of water per day and see if they keep drooping. If so, the next few days give more water (1 1/2 as much as you were giving-2 gallons per day) and see if they keep drooping.
As far as what stage they are in- I would say flowering since they have flowers.

Do you normally leave them in the nursery bags?
