Solid bro, nice top on the one - good job!

If you don't have a jewelers loupe or some good magnification now is the time to pick one up. The breeder finish dates are approximate and often you might run a week or even two longer which can add significantly to your yield. Just depends on what you want but if you are looking for Trichome peek like most of us you will need the magnification.

Ordered a loupe which should be with me in 3-4 days. Not sure what I'm looking for apart from cloudy trichomes.
Breeder says 60-70 days, so I'm just starting that cycle now. They look just about ready to me but I want to maximise as much as possible. I want this personal grow to yield a 6 month smoke.

honestly just cut the plants at different times to find out what you enjoy and to see differences. If you leave them longer to get amber they still put on a teeny bit of mass and if u have a bit of amber its usually a good indication most of the plant is done anyway but always good to check the other buds out as well. I am new to indoor growing so I can only say to much about it.

Basically thc starts to degrade at amber (which you might know already) and starts to convert to cbn (couchlock feels) So its probably best to test out what you like best in weed by cropping them at adjusted times dependent on their amber count.

But yeah jewelers loupe super useful, don't fall into the pit trap of cropping earlier through impatience or anxiety, lose out on yield/bag appeal that way.

New myself - what I did last grow was cut some of the top and lower light and wait and do again and again - so partial harvest and it help get a little more mass as lower buds grew some, not a lot but some and it helped manage the load.

Dry and cure
So its now day 71. Plants are looking great, Checking plant with loupe - trichs are still glistening, no milkiness yet, so planning to leave for another week or so. Couple of QS.

Planning on removing the large main cola on each plant first to try and get some light into the lower buds for a few days before I take them all down. If doing this do I just cut the main cola down to the same height of the main canopy and leave?

Drying process - should I remove all the leaves before hanging to dry? What sort of temps and humidity is best for drying?
Cheers.
