Day 42 of flower...whats happening here??!?!?!

Were the pics taken under your HPS lights? If so, that could account for the color being off in the pics. If they are 8 week flowering strains they could be finishing up, although it looks like a bit more than that. I'd be curious to know what your run off is?

Yeh, thos epics were taken under a 100owatt Hortilux HPS, but with the flash on. But, they are still freaking yellow bruh! LOL. About a week into flower they just sucked up every trace of N. I've been augmenting the ntes with more N but still, the same. '

I really want to know wtf the brown spots are??!?!?!?!

The tops are finishing, but the middle of the plant will have to be harvested separate. I want the right % of trichs this time.

I'm going to check the runoff next feeding, prob another few days. I got nervous just force feeding them, but they just kept eating, so I gve them just a pure watering with Molasses. Thats all last time. Looks like I should have kept with the nutes.

BTW, I think Green Crack is a 55-60 day strain. But my guess is I will go week beyond that for the 2nd half of the plants.

I think a P deficiency would be the most likely thing, especially given their age. Probably sucking up all the P to make buds. I like to keep a bottle of PK13.14 on hand to supplement during late flowering if needed.

I also keep a spray bottle on hand with a mix of 1 part household ammonia to 10 parts water. Works great for N deficiencies. One or two foliar sprays usually does the trick.

Update....EEECK!

Well, my digital ballast died yesterday 1/2 way through the 12/12. The thing is only a few months old and has a 5 year warranty, but its Sunday. The hydro store isnt open today. I had to throw the girls into the veg room and will have to put them back in the flower chamber for thier 12 off.

:cuss:

Jeesh.

They look horrible today. They seem like their branches are even weaker. More like they are at the very end of their life cycle.

Muddster, your Ammonia trick worked wonders on my autos. Is it still safe to do this with fat, juicy buds everywhere?

SH********T!!!!! The PK is the only thing I am lacking here. I will get some tomorrow after I beat the hydro store guy's ass over my ballast!:amazon:

I swear, one of these grows, I'm gonna have a smooth easy harvest!!!!

i hear ya bro i had found what appear to be a couple of atuo seeds i got them growing and my dog ate 2 ....right about when the canopy started booming .....didnt know they were autos but after i joined here they seem to have the same growth ......these were fuggin fast and never seen that in a plant ....anyway my light fell on her broke the top ....she super cropped ...then light just blew up .....
had her in the attic and she mutated into what looks like a pepper plant ....she just went into flower again after a re veg and im hoping she still comes through she was flowering at 5 weeks and 4 foot tall 4 foot wide when she got screwed .....

giving her 2 weeks to show good flowering or she goes to the hash collection cause where she was budding has some serious tric coverage and the smoke was ahhhhazing .....reminded me of trainwreck but didnt know the strain ....she smelled alot like strawberris and we get SC alot here so maybe it was that

Never give up till they just rot out !!!!

Ok, heres an update...Day 48.

Yesterday, during their night time, I went in under the green bulb and sprayed what foliage I could find w/out flowers with a 90/10 water/ammonia mix. Today, they seemed greener. Tonight, I will rinse & repeat.

Went to the hydro store and had them take a look at my ballast. Fixed the ballast and gave me two new bulbs. I cant complain.

Grabbed some PK 13/14 too. Fed the ol girls a 70/30 mix of Flower/Grow nutes with the PK.

My water in is at 300ppm before I add anything. I think this may be the anemic issue. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if I ppm my nutes to 1000ppm, its really at 700ppm. Is this correct? I went all in tonight. I will take some pics tomorrow or the next day to see if this corrected the issue.

Run off PH was 6.23...so thats not the issue.

The buds still look great, swollen, sugary loveliness. Hope I'm good to go after this.

:toke:

K, when we last left off my lil babies were starving for N and as per Muddy's suggestion, Potassium too. He reckoned these ladies were putting so much into bud production that they had sucked up all potassium already. A healthy feeding of 70/30 flower/veg nutes with added PK 13/14 seemed to do the trick. The plants have greened up and started bud production again.

I cannot believe the amount of nutes these strains are taking! This feeding was @ 1500ppm and that might need to be boosted!

Clockwise, top left to bottom; Grapefruit top L, Green Crack top R & the purple Green Crack pheno bottom middle.

So as it stands today, day 52; The Green Crack is 25% amber/75% cloudy trichs. The purple Green Crack, 15% amber, 75% cloudy, 10% clear. The Grapefruit is still at 80% clear, 20% cloudy.

Glad I was able to help. That purple pheno looks amazing. Save me some clones!

beautiful man ........thats a harvest there!!!

Roger that good buddy! If it survives the re-veg, that is! So far the GC is the easiest to clone. The Grapefruit, not so much. LOL.
