I found a thread here that comments on bringing ph up.during flower.. I got thinking about it.. and it makes sense.. ph range is like 6.3 ish to 6.8 ish.. "range".. when you test the runoff water.. it's always a lower ph value.. up the ph a bit on water going in, during flowering.. ph on runoff should rise a tad as well.. hoping to help with salt build-up.. I'm still a newb.. I'm gonna experiment with this theory.. because it makes sense to me..I'm not saying I'm right.. I'm just saying I'm gonna see what the results are

I am glad I found this thread, I too am growing this same strain, I intended to do a similar journal but some low life P.O.S stole my phone, which contained my entire grow diary. Paper next time maybe ?
So, I am not sure how far along I am, I think its about 6 weeks, they look very similar to yours which is encouraging, I have had some salt build up issues earlier in the grow that I thought would really slow things but I am happy to see, by comparison, that my plants are doing fine.
I have 4 plants, 4 phenos, even though I wont bother with a proper journal I shall still post some pics, you would think I had 4 different strains. 1 of them is still only about 4 inches tall but a totally dense bush 8 inches wide while another is 28 inches tall, bizarre.
I also have some bizarre asymmetry going on, I have leaves with 3, 4, 5 and 7 lobes, how weird is that ? But the smell ? Oh man its mouth watering, they are visibly different every day, bud sites all over the rather octopus like structure of these plants, covered in pistils and glistening leaves, I am really looking forward to smoking these babies.
I am growing under LED so I will follow this grow with interest to see how it turns out compared to mine.

To add.. I'm still PHing water at 6.4 to a 3 weekish old auto.. so I'm trying this 6.8 ph when it's into flowering..

Mole quick question. How long after you mix your nutrients are you checking its ph? I mean your soil really seems to be dropping your ph. No worries and grows looking great I'm just curious.

I oxygenated plain di/ro water (2 gals in a 2 gal pail with an airstone attached to the bottom, I have another auto in the cab same age as my DD) for about 30 mins.. then add nutes, at 1/2 strength, while being oxygenated.. then wait another 10 mins.. insert my ph pen into water.. then PH it.. while airpump mixes the ph up or down..once it stabilizes.. I pour 1 gal into into plant..after it's all watered.. I check run off by putting cap under the plant catching it.. I do this twice.. one at one "drainage" spot.. then at another.. gives me two places I check the run off at.. since that nute lockout I had at week 4/5 ish I'm "on the ball" or try to be with the PHing checks.
Week 7 will be trying full strength nutes.. I figure if my idea works.. I should be good till week 8 for root uptake and do strict PHed water, 6.8, and see where the run off is at.. then week 9 start back up with full nutes.. same process as above... I'm seeing 65 to 67 days till harvest, so it will run till 10 possable 11 weeks.. giving.me time to.run 1 week strict water.. maybe add molasses into the mix near the end.. to see if it does anything.. at that point, being at the end of the life cycle of the plant, molasses shouldn't hurt anything.. and there seems to be some gains. Not sure exactly.. still looking into that some more.. sorry for long winded answer.. I just like to make sure I'm including even the smallest detail.. as that's how I like to read answers...Lol..

Well.. almost 24 hours after nuted water.. and then a couple days after removing some fan leaves, she's doing AWESOME!.. I removed about 4 leaves today.. that were covering sites.. im going to be removing leaves daily if need be.. tomorrow ill be lsting her some more.. Another SAWEET pic!

Thanks for visiting and jumping in.. Im still figuring out setting up HPS cool tube I got... meaning heat wise.. comparison grow.. totally understand that one!.. I'm watching some grows in here as well to see how mine fairs with others.. thanks again brotha! Sending grow karma your way

Edit.. let me know if you get any "purple" in your buds/leaves.. I haven't gotten any.. and most likely won't at this point..I feel anyways.... so since your about the same time frame as mine.. just was curious..
I read on the site that I got my beans from that about 60% turn purple.. I also hear it doesn't effect.the smoke or anything on that level.. just would be cool to see purple..Lol..

There is a lot of redness on some of the stalks, particularly those around bud sites but no purple yet, I have the card that came with the seeds and that says 'around 80% of the plants will develop purple or reddish tones in the buds and some will develop purple leaves, after harvest and drying the buds gain a very dark purple, almost black' so I guess its not guaranteed we will have purple plants but a good probability. Fingers crossed eh ? Purple would be cool.
