New Grower Danielsaaan’s 5th Grow - Strawberry Nuggets

52: Temp: 73, RH: 40, DLI: ~42.5. They ain’t looking the best. Hoping to get a harvest in the end. You think I should water only the rest of the way? Did I give too many nutes; even at half strength? I know my PH going in has been perfect each time. Definitely got me feeling frustrated!

Watered this morning. Went ahead with 2 tsp Tiger Bloom, 1 tbl Big bloom per gallon. With Quillaja, PH: 6.4. From all of the pictures I’ve seen online, it looks like my plants are deficient in nutrients if anything. And the fact that I’m in a soil with essentially no nutrients, this makes more sense than over feeding. Fingers crossed. Will update with pictures later.

When was the last time your meter has been calibrated?

Not saying your wrong about feeding it very well could be but VPD plays a huge role in the uptake of nutrients also and <45% I believe the plants will stop transpiring.. at a quick glance your vpd may be little bit high for this early of flower hopefully someone will correct me if I’m wrong but I know for me focusing on keeping my vpd good girls have been happier and healthier :d5::goodluck:

I’ll probably pull the trigger on an Inkbird before my next grow to better control the environment. I calibrate my PH pen before every grow and it’s never been off more than .1. It’s an Apera

Wouldn’t this be considered mid flower? Per my chart, at 72F, should shoot for 25-35% RH?

This is the chart I follow still a touch low pushing the edge of the danger zone for late flower  Plus i use ac infinity controllers and govee hygrometers in the tents that all monitor temp ,RH, and calculate VPD I watch them all

I’ve been wondering about that 40% rh a bit myself. VPD is key in transpiration. Poor transpiration= Poor uptake = nute deficiency
But honestly they look good. Strawberry nugs don’t run real long anyhow so it might just be the end. Honestly this is the first pic of them I’ve seen the leaves prayed up. Quit doubting yourself danielsaan

Right, but with your rh at 40% not much transpiration will occur
