just checked my plants and found out that the Dr. Feelgood that I thought was female has shown it's true colours and turned out to be a late flowering male, what crappy luck!
So from 5 regular seeds I got males, which means that out of 10 regular seeds (5 Dr.F and 5 Auto Assassin) I've only got 1 female.
So there is either something wrong with my growing conditions or I've had really bad luck, time to sow the other 5 Dr.F I've got and see how they do

what soil/compost did you use? did you feed them before they sexed? what lights did you use?

Soil is a low nute multi purpose suitable for seedling, it's very good, by Westlands, although the ph tends to be rather high. Under 1000watts of CFL and the only nutes I use until flowering are shropshires seaweed extract and a little baby bio if they need a boost (it's cheap easily assimilated and got a good N content). So the only food they had before sexing in this case was what was in the soil and the seaweed extract.

Check your seaweed..

I make seaweed tea..and it altered my male dominance with it during summer on a couple of pots before I realised.....

Thanks Wiz, do you think it's best to withhold the seaweed till sexing has occurred?
