Lemme pick your brain swamp. Foxtailing is said to be a sativa trait. Here recently I've grown hybrids that are supposedly indica dom genetics but I've been getting crazy ass foxtaiting. Do you think that that sativa gene is that strong in most of these newer hybrid autos?

bromeo ,remember getting foxtailing late due to too much PK ...if you overdo it or use it for to long in hydro you get it a lot ...I think I was getting it on day 90 with overdrive just after PK week ect on the Mazar grow I know Seymour goes into a lot more detail about it in his threads

Foxtails are caused by one of two things bro.. First is genetic and just by the term hybrid there is a lot of traits that play into a hybrid and some lean sati dom and some indy so traits are specific to phenos. The other cause for foxtailing is too much N in bloom. I would say in most cases its a genetic trait but in the rare occasion you throw too much N during flower it will cause this in some strains.
