sorry to hear this..
I believe its inflammation / swelling in the joints?
my gran has it bad and it gets worse with age.. so i'd take the docs advice! 20-30 lbs is basically a bag of rocks you're carrying extra.
I do know people with bad back love a good soak.. hot spring or hot tub

in case this scared you.. should mention she got fused vertebrae and something else plus sciatic nerve damage, I'm sure this adds to the effect

Ya don't need to worry no more than what I am. Lol Start working on dropping a few pounds and find another job. Explore what other options there is. Too young for this shit i thought, I guess anything can happen to anyone though.
