Just a few different endo mychorrizae, a few different species..Long story short, they Colonzie roots forming a symbiotic relationship assisting in absorbtion of water and nutrients..Healthier rhizosphere, larger yields and healthier plants..There's also a Silica solublizing bacteria there as well as npk and micronutrient mitigating bacteria and fungi..All beneficial to the soil food web...If you're interested in this kind of stuff, I'd recommend Teaming with microbes and Teaming with fungi by Jeff Lowenfels & Wayne Lewis.

@Ash-a-Ton can I use anything other then coco? I'm not sure on how to use the stuff and that'll require a trip to the next town witch just isn't possible for another fortnight

Damn.. wish our rainy weather would move along, been a week straight so far!
