On a side note, I apologize for even bringing politics and shit into AFN. This is by far the most peaceful forum I've been involved in. Politics and such always brings negativity. Unless of course you deal with rationalized folks. Either way I apologize.

Its precisely why there is a "no politics rule" in the site rules! ;) :D

I apologize for the rant. I'm just caught up in America's politics and how things seemingly get worse for the folks that deserve more. I've busted my ass my whole life, and can't save money, because I'm just getting by. This year were living, not just surviving. Been a long time coming.

Thats really great you are able to live and not just survive. Life is so much better when you are able to enjoy it without being so stressed out about bills and stuff so much.

Too soon in my humble opinion . I do mine above the third set of leaves . :toke:
I agree. Wait until it has 5 nodes. Then cut above the third. But...best to only cut if the plant has reached 5 nodes somewhere between 15 and 18 days old. That's what I have learned and what I did with this baby.

Also LST'd into a circle.

My 4th node grew out nicely since last night and my 5th node is poking out, still early ya think?

It's an Auto and has 5 nodes on day 15-18, you can cut it. You can choose to cut above the 4th or 3rd node. If you want to LST also, you can do it immediately after. Pro: they stay really low if you LST early. Con: risk of splitting the main stem because the cut piece of stem is soft still. That's why some prefer to wait for about a week after topping before the LST.

Alright, so I just tied a few branches down, did some light supercropping on a few that were gaining on the others in height, some defoliation here and there, as well as leaf tucking. I had to remove some of the ties and move them up some obviously because the plant has grown..Now I'll give her until Fri or Sat when she is watered.I'm going to be honest, she is getting out of hand for this tent lol..Trying to fit her through a narrow closet door and back into the tent takes some maneuvering.

That looks so great!
It's about time I do the same with mine. And mine is also hard to get in and out of the cabinet. Hahaha! Preflowering stretch seems to be over, so I'll be switching to flowering nutes somewhere this week, probably Friday.

Not only do we master the art of LST but also gymnastics..I tied her down earlier and she's already standing right back up..I introduced some Big Bloom a few days ago @ 1 tablespoon per gallon ( my gut instinct ) even though the bottle said 4 tablespoons..Thank god I went with what I did because I know my soil is loaded with plenty of goods and I was right..I got the very faintest yellow tip on some leaves, just enough to tell me to back off for a while..So now she only gets the usual cal/mag and Mammoth P until she lets me know otherwise.

I love LST. Growing without doing LST is boring! Hahaha!
I use about a quarter of the recommended dosages with all nutrients and give nutes every water gift from about 10 days onward. My previous (first) grow got some nutrient burn so I backed off on this grow and she's doing great. I use all Canna products: soil and nutrients.
