haha @epenguin ya cheeky bugger. you do know that one of our ancient traditions, passed down to us from our viking decendants was the art of "penguin puppets". much like the chicken, penguin have been rumoured to be able to run the length of a football field and even live for months on end, without a head.
the ginger bearded clansmen used to gather in their hundreds.
penguins were brought from far and wide.
theyd be beheaded and set loose in a field. the skillfull jocks would then compete by throwing massive trees at the shortened waddlers.
once a sufficient numbers of red splodges had been gathered, the clansmen would put on their ceremonial skirts and tap dance in the blood of the felled (see the massive tree reference there) penguins. this would later become known as the highland fling. we dont like to brodcast this much but haggis is actually a myth. i know it sounds unbelievable but yes, we made it up. for some reason people looked down upon us for revelling in the blood of penguins so through time, some mild propeganda, the odd assasination and a couple of ex kgb agents later, the world now believes thats actually haggis were feeding them!!

I did not know that, you learn something every day. Blow me down wiv a feather......who would have thought those Scots could be so cruel and inventive. Must come from the Viking past. Mind you, the Celts knew a thing or two about barbarism. They invented the chinese wrist burn ! And the grundy pull (you gotta be UK to get that one)

And you are telling me the Haggis is not a real animal ? Click this below........

Random bit of Floyd trivia....

Did you know....

David Gilmour used a sports arena with the PA system all setup to record the booming guitar sound he wanted for the song "Sorrow"? :smoking:
