Has anyone asked.. Will the polished models ever need re-polishing ?? Will heavy use make it lose the shine from skin oils...

Well we've been testing this over the last nine months and it seems like the polished is just as tough but the scratches will show up more. So it won't exactly Lose It Shine but if you take it everywhere and treat it like the natural device then it will just stay shiny with lots of little scratches. I usually recommend the polished unit to be your personal unit that stays at home but if you are active and go out a lot then the natural is the better choice.

Soooo if I sterilize my soil in the oven will it kill the fungus gnats in the soil? I'm sick of those little bastards...lmao

If you're growing organic, I would worry that it would kill the beneficial bacteria and what not as well.
