Gooooooooooood Morning AFN!!!! And Happiest of Happy Fridays to you all!!!
This morning was an exciting start for me.. First time since March that I've dropped seeds.. In fact, since my hiatus a couple years ago, that's the longest I've ever gone without dropping beans.. So, in honorary fashion, I am running a Dutch Passion auto grow consisting of:
- Auto Cinderella Jack
- ThinkDifferent
- AutoUltimate
Now in the picture, you'll see some other seeds.. The photo seeds that I'll be running are from Delicious and they are Candy and Jack Herer.. I won't drop those for another month or so into the grow; veg them out while the autos are rocking, and then when the autos are chopped, lights get flipped and run them out..
Also in the picture, is a 10pk of Dinafem Auto White Widow XXL.. I've ALWAYS loved White Widow strains and have grown some out before with good but not great success.. I'll be running 4 of these, starting them in about 3-4 weeks.. If they're as good as I hope, my next grow will be a Dinafem run, w/ Sour Diesel, OG Kush, WW XXLs and something else that's not coming to mind.. I may always move the photo plants over to the tent and finish them there while the others start.. Who knows.. It's a great way to start the weekend!!!!
I forgot to mention, and I may bring it over to the organics forum; the small satchel of seeds on the bottom left of the picture is the collection of all the Samsara Ultraviolet auto seeds that I've been pulling from the buds.. I've been finding different soil/top soil sources around my area and I've been working with adding things like coco and perlite to them and some other goodies.. I finally have some "free" seeds I can burn on experimenting with my soil concoctions.. With any luck, I may be able to sorta, "mass produce" a fortified soil, similar in idea as Kind or any of the advertised "super-soils", although I'd probably be a little cheaper.. I guess we'll see!!!

Thanks!!!! I also just picked up a pair of AutoCOBs from @BigSm0 which I'm excited to use to expand my area a bit.. I also picked up a couple 4ft fluorescent replacement LED tubes that I'm gonna mount towards the darker side of the expanded area for the most coverage possible.. They don't give off a ton of lumens/lux, however it's 4ft of area and each bulb only uses about 17w, so it's worth it in my mind.. I may also pick up a couple more AutoCOBs next month when things are starting to take off.. Ideally, I'd love to have my large 600w HPS hood centered over the area w/ my 200w MarsII-to-COB panel adjacent and AutoCOBs around the edges for a total of a 5ft-ish x 8ft-ish area, or nearly 2mx3m for those metric folk..

Little Ms Berry Bomb seems to have forgiven me for any indiscretions I may have imposed on her in the early going of her life and has settled down and is going about her business . She is an experiment of sorts . She's planted in a Rapid Rooter and 75% Fox Farms Ocean Forest & 25 % Coco and getting water only for the next 4 weeks .
We shall see if there was any wisdom in my decision ??
