So guys I got a big 8" carbon filter and fan coming today, can I just whack the fan straight on top of the filter SUCKING in through the filter then out the top of the fan, without ducting? I then want to just have the filter standing up and on the ground so I can move it around easily between rooms

Ok cool not too worried about noise since I got a whole house to myself but yeah might add a bit in between if I can hear it from outside lol

Ohhh i grew em before.. rhey are heavy monsters!!!! I ended up dumping 9 ounces into dry ice hash just to free up some jars

That was the last time i grew photos.. la con, golden goat ,snowstorm( this one suffered bud rot and i disnt know it ciupd be salvaged, total loss) and green crack.. all killer photo strains... GC have theee best returns i ever had for eth pulls, ( the very first post in my eth thread)

Unless you have good ventilation or AC unit in room. I don't recommend. Need to suck out warm smelly air. Through filter. Through duct. To fan exhausting clean but warm non smelly air out of room

I have an ac unit in there. Much more expensive in the power bills lol.

its the vibration also. gonna assume ur gonna mount it or sit it on a table so its venting out the top? thats the other think if no ducting the sound and the vibrations can b so loud it can drive u nuts lol, i just used a 5inch and even had 2 use a dimmer switch on the fan cause of it

mine vented into the room also but never even cracked a window and had no problems but should b venting it as high up as u can so the same air isnt vented straight back in

But!
BLK seeds super skunk is a hell of a grower! If you need a big girl. She shows great promise! My bro pulled 5 oz and 2.5 oz of larf/trim and my bush ball is super skunk. 2 weeks it took to grow a leaf from helmet issues as a seedling. But she will be my biggest girl I have grown yet. She really intimidate me. Lol. She literally kicked me in the nuts when I was tying her down the other day. But she is not even flowering yet!
She does have a Buddha living in her bush tho. He got jungle fever and stayed lost in the jungle lol
