For indoor usage under high PPF values we strongly recommend the S1 (Broadband) spectrum. Our studys showed that this spectrum is working much better as a discrete spectrum, if you have PPFD's above 100micromols/m^2/s.
For usage in greenhouses, especially for leavy plants (salad, etc.) the discrete red/blue spectrum works better in some cases.
