i used rockwol version,and I didnt noticed any difference vs non insulated ducting.. plus there was rockwool all over the tent and even in some girls too..

Here's the thing I bought an new Rhino Pro carbon filter and went up a size to help keep things really stealth due to less strain on the fan motor.
So at the same time I bought some Rhino acoustic ducting and upon opening the box thought myself is this a good idea and thought no not really.
I didn't want any glass fiber near my plants. note to self don't just buy things on a whim tsk.
Before it was just passive air intake then put in a small 4" fan but I now have a 5" TD silent on both the intake and outake. (intake on lower speed).
I had to build silencer boxes for each fan and needed the ducting to connect the fan boxes to the cab.
So went with Phonic Trap and it is awesome and no glass fiber.

What's up AFN compadre? Was looking for some suggestions on where to let these ladies grow to as I am running outta room at a rapid pace (LST, Scrog, etc...). Height restrictions are no issue. But girth restrictions maybe. My closet has a main center area that is approx 48" X 48". There are also two areas in the front of the closet off to the sides of the center area that are about 24"X 24" each. & here are the ladies.

the 6 ladies in the back at about 3 weeks old & the 3 gals in front are 2 weeks. Back left is Dutch passion blackberry kush, back middle is mephisto man bear alien pig, back right is mephisto sour liver, middle left is mephisto auto liver, middle middle & middle right are mephisto Stilton, front left is short stuff super blueberry, & front middle &front right are mephisto sour stomper.
